SONG OF THE DAY #5:

DARK TRANQUILLITY: LOST TO APATHY

Sure its death metal. But its MELODIC death metal. The melodies on this song push and pull me through the similarly emotional lyrics of the song. The instrumental section TOTALLY connects. Whether or not your ear is trained enough to decipher the lyrics upon just listening, the melody of the song delivers the emotional message. I’ll still post the lyrics though- they’re great:
